Custom Personnel has over 25 years of experience. We specialize in non-traditional placements and are dedicated to serving our local, Shasta and Tehama County areas.

Our Process

Fill out an application and send it along with a Resume to info@custompersonnel.com. Once we receive it, a recruiter will be in touch with you regarding the next steps. 

We schedule interview/screenings several times per week and place candidates based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skills, and/or willingness to learn (trainee positions).

Our Obligation

We're dedicated to providing a good fit with each placement. This is for both  employees and the employers we serve. Unlike some companies who simply fill spots, we look for people who have what it takes to do the job well, the rest is up to you.
